Chapter Sponsor
As a WCR Chapter Sponsor, you have a chance to be recognized for your financial support of our organization. There are several sponsorship levels to choose from:

All sponsors receive signage at general WCR meetings, Regional Conventions, on the local WCR website, and in the quarterly newsletter.

Diamond and Sapphire sponsors receive signage at general WCR meetings, Regional Conventions, are listed on the local WCR website and in the quarterly newsletter, and are given a table at chapter meetings to display their company information and business cards.

Speaker Sponsor
In an effort to provide bigger-name and more well-known speakers, the Program Committee has requested that each monthly chapter meeting have a “Speaker Sponsor” rather than the traditional Table Sponsors. One or more members can join together for this, and instead of spending the money on table decorations and centerpieces, it is applied towards funding a speaker for that meeting.

In return for your sponsorship, you will be included in all promotional advertising for the meeting, be recognized at the meeting for your sponsorship, and you may also distribute promotional material to all members and guests attending the meeting. Other benefits may be granted upon request.

Newsletter Ads
Interested in being a sponsor in the WCR Metropolitan St. Louis Chapter newsletter? It’s easy and affordable! For just $10 per issue, you can help support WCR, and have your business card displayed in our quarterly newsletter. For more information, contact the Newsletter Committee.

Member Handbook Ads
As a member, you are entitled to a free basic listing with your name and company information in the directory portion of the book. Forms will be distributed towards the end of 2007 to sign up for the 2008 Membership Book.

In addition, we are also offering the opportunity to purchase ad space that will be incorporated throughout all sections of the handbook. What better way to let other WCR members know who you are and what you do than by purchasing a ¼-page, ½-page or full-page ad to take advantage of this great opportunity for year-long exposure.

Rates are available to fit any budget, from upgrading your basic listing with additional text to purchasing ad space in the book.

The Member Handbook provides a great opportunity for you to advertise your business through purchase of ad space. The handbook is for a calendar year, so your ad will be seen for an entire year’s use of the directory. Contact Jane Martin for questions.
