Membership Eligibility
There are three types of memberships in WCR: REALTOR®, National
Affiliate and Local Affiliate.
REALTOR®: Any REALTOR® who is in
good standing and is a member of the St. Louis Association of
REALTORS® is eligible for active membership in WCR. This entitles
you to membership in the national and state chapters, as well as
the local chapter.
National Affiliate: Any affiliate
member of the St. Louis Association of REALTORS® is eligible for
National Affiliate membership. National Affiliate members pay
National, State, and local dues and may vote at the local and
State chapter level, hold local office (except President,
President-Elect and Vice President), and avail themselves of
National WCR services; however, they shall not serve as voting
delegate.
Local Affiliate: Any individual
engaged in a real estate related business may join as a local
affiliate and pay local dues. They do not belong to the National
and State chapters. They may attend all Metropolitan St. Louis
Chapter functions and participate on committees, but may not chair
a standing committee or hold an officer position.

Annual membership dues are payable by the
first day of January. New members pay a full year’s dues upon
making an application. On January 1st of the following year they
will only be billed for that portion of dues unpaid for that year.

Any
member delinquent in payment of dues by more than three months
shall forfeit membership.
