(unless specifically noted).

Reservation Policy
Reservations must be made before NOON on the
Monday prior to the Business Resource Meeting to be guaranteed a
luncheon seat. Reservations made after Monday at NOON may be accepted; however, the fee for the luncheon will be $35.
Reservations made after 1pm on Tuesday cannot be guaranteed
and will be considered a “Stand-by Attendee."
Note:
Due to space limitations and contractual commitments,
WCR-Metro STL has discontinued the availability of
"Walk-in" registrations for its Business Resource
Meetings. A limited
number of additional "Stand-by Attendee" registrations
will be available at each meeting. However,
a "Stand-by Attendee" reservation does not guarantee a
luncheon seat and is subject to availability.

Note:
If you know
in advance that you will be arriving late, please contact us to
ensure your seat is not given to a Stand-by Attendee.
Cancellation
Policy
-
Reservations
may be cancelled prior to NOON on the Tuesday prior to the
Business Resource Meeting. Cancellations
after this deadline will not be honored and all "No
Shows" will be invoiced for the full ticket price of $35.

If the reservation cancellation deadline has passed and you are
unable to attend, you may send a substitute. The
substitute must indicate at the time of check in that he/she
is your substitute.

If
you are reserving for yourself and a guest, please note that
the person who made the reservation is responsible for
payment.

If
you are unable to attend and are unable to send a substitute,
please submit your payment to the Women's Council of REALTORS®.

the missed meeting.
